What is an Order?

An Order is a type of service whereby your patients can order your goods or services and collect them from your local store. 

Orders, for now, are Click&Collect. Meaning patients in their local store can collect approved orders.

When you receive an order, you need to:

• assess the order (approve or decline)
• inform the patient it is ready for collection, where applicable
• mark the order as fulfilled (optional)
