If your concern is that your phone number will be shared you do not need to worry, your phone number will never be shared with the patient.
As an alternative to using your phone you can use any device that has a camera and can connect to a stable internet connection. An older smartphone, with no SIM, that can connect to WiFi could work for example. Otherwise you might consider using a laptop, computer or tablet.
