At the bottom of your appointments page, or waiting list page, you will see a setting to display X number of rows. You can choose from 10, 25 and 50.
The export functionality reflects the number of rows you have on display.
Note: If you have less than 10 appointments (or waiting list) registrations you will not see this option.
