How do I cancel an appointment?

You can cancel appointments for your patients on an individual basis. You can send an Email and SMS confirmation to the patient and Clinician.

• From the appointment view, select the Cancel button.
• Select the reason for cancelling the appointment.
• Select to send an Email and/or SMS to the patient and/or the Clinician.
• Click Cancel Appointment
