How can my patient prepare for their appointment?

For every appointment created both the patient and clinician will receive a confirmation email. 

In the email are some instructions and tips on how best to prepare for the remote consultation.

  1. Install the iOS or Android app if you have an iOS or Android device.
  2. Use a supported browser if you do not have an iOS or Android device.
  3. If you connect using a laptop use the following browsers:
    1. Google Chrome
    2. Firefox
    3. Opera
    4. Safari(for MAC only)
  4. Check your, or the patients, network
  5. Connect on time and in a private location.
