How can I manage Vaccination Services?

If you operate vaccination clinics, such as Flu, COVID, and HPV, you will most likely want to record information about the vaccination administered to your patients.

How can I set up a service to record vaccination details?

When creating a service, you can indicate if the "Service offers a vaccination" by clicking the associated checkbox on the service configuration page.

Can I update an existing service to record vaccination details?

Yes!
  • Clic Edit your existing service
  • Check the "Service offers a vaccination" checkbox 
  • Click save.

How can I record vaccination details?

When you have set up your service to record vaccination details, you will see a new card called "Vaccination Details".

  • Click Add Details
  • Fill out the information that is relevant to the vaccination you are administering (Vaccine, Trade name, Manufacturer, Abbreviation, Batch, Expiry date, Route) 
  • Click save

What information can I record?

For example, you can record the vaccine, Trade name, Manufacturer, Abbreviation, Batch, Expiry date, Route, Dose, Dose in series and Adverse event.

Can I record the details of more than one vaccination?

Yes, you can record as many as required.

Can I update the vaccination details?

Yes! 

  • Click "Edit" on the vaccination details you wish to edit
  • In the edit window, you can update the information.
  • Click Save when you have made your edits.
